Super High Yield BMT Type 3300S Virgin Hollow Conjugate Siliconized Fibers
- Engineered to deliver advanced yield of between 5-15% depending on processing machinery
- This improved yield will deliver a direct raw material cost savings to your bottom line
- By reducing the weight of fiber needed, your finished product unit cost will be lower
- Available in Standard, FDA Approved & Microban Antimicrobial properties
Bi-Component Fibers made from two different polymers to deliver functional sheath/core properties:
- PET / PET – 100% Polyester Low Melt Binder Fibers for thermal bonded and densified high loft nonwoven applications ranging from 110-180 degrees Celsius
- PE / PP – 1.5 denier to 7 denier suitable for carded nonwoven hygiene products
- PTT / PET – 1.2 to 3 denier for comfort stretch delivery in apparel and nonwoven applications
